Premier Luxury Mountain Resort, Bansko

The hotel has a lot going for it, with spacious and comfortable rooms and friendly staff who really care about your experience. However, I found it a bit noisy overall, especially with the buzzing electrical circuit, and the location is not the best due to ongoing construction nearby. Breakfast was lovely, but it can get crowded.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While I loved the large private hot tub that added a nice touch to my stay, the rooms were quite cold and had dated amenities that didn't justify the price. The service was a bit lackluster at times, especially when staff seemed indifferent to the state of the common areas. On the plus side, there were good dining options and very convenient shuttle services to the ski lifts nearby.

The hotel has a great location, just a bit of a walk to the Main Street, which was manageable for me. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although they felt a bit outdated. The staff truly went above and beyond, especially Stelios in the restaurant. On the downside, there were some construction noises from building sites nearby, which was a bit bothersome at times.

My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, with fantastic spa facilities and a spacious room that offered beautiful views. The dining options were diverse and delicious, making meals a highlight of the trip. However, I did encounter a leak in the bathroom that wasn't fully resolved, which was a bit of a letdown. The resort itself had some challenges, notably basic issues with ski equipment rental and some unfriendly encounters outside the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was a delightful experience with beautifully appointed rooms and exceptional spa services. The breakfast was vast and delicious, truly making our mornings a treat. However, we noticed that the outdoor pool was smaller than expected, and the drinks were overpriced compared to local standards. Still, the staff’s prompt resolution of issues made our stay significantly better.
