The hotel has a lot going for it, with spacious and comfortable rooms and friendly staff who really care about your experience. However, I found it a bit noisy overall, especially with the buzzing electrical circuit, and the location is not the best due to ongoing construction nearby. Breakfast was lovely, but it can get crowded.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While I loved the large private hot tub that added a nice touch to my stay, the rooms were quite cold and had dated amenities that didn't justify the price. The service was a bit lackluster at times, especially when staff seemed indifferent to the state of the common areas. On the plus side, there were good dining options and very convenient shuttle services to the ski lifts nearby.

I had a fantastic week skiing in Bansko at the Premier Luxury Mountain Resort. The food was excellent and the spa facilities were a real highlight, making for a relaxing stay after a long day on the slopes. However, there were a few downsides, including some issues with breakfast service and the location being a bit further from the main resort area than I expected. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely return.
