Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a lot going for it, with spacious and comfortable rooms and friendly staff who really care about your experience. However, I found it a bit noisy overall, especially with the buzzing electrical circuit, and the location is not the best due to ongoing construction nearby. Breakfast was lovely, but it can get crowded.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While I loved the large private hot tub that added a nice touch to my stay, the rooms were quite cold and had dated amenities that didn't justify the price. The service was a bit lackluster at times, especially when staff seemed indifferent to the state of the common areas. On the plus side, there were good dining options and very convenient shuttle services to the ski lifts nearby.
The hotel has a great location, just a bit of a walk to the Main Street, which was manageable for me. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although they felt a bit outdated. The staff truly went above and beyond, especially Stelios in the restaurant. On the downside, there were some construction noises from building sites nearby, which was a bit bothersome at times.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, with fantastic spa facilities and a spacious room that offered beautiful views. The dining options were diverse and delicious, making meals a highlight of the trip. However, I did encounter a leak in the bathroom that wasn't fully resolved, which was a bit of a letdown. The resort itself had some challenges, notably basic issues with ski equipment rental and some unfriendly encounters outside the hotel.
Our stay at the hotel was a delightful experience with beautifully appointed rooms and exceptional spa services. The breakfast was vast and delicious, truly making our mornings a treat. However, we noticed that the outdoor pool was smaller than expected, and the drinks were overpriced compared to local standards. Still, the staff’s prompt resolution of issues made our stay significantly better.
I had a fantastic week skiing in Bansko at the Premier Luxury Mountain Resort. The food was excellent and the spa facilities were a real highlight, making for a relaxing stay after a long day on the slopes. However, there were a few downsides, including some issues with breakfast service and the location being a bit further from the main resort area than I expected. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely return.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were roomy and featured a private hot tub, which was fantastic, but the constant buzzing from the electrical circuit was incredibly annoying. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff and excellent breakfast offerings. However, the location was quite far from the main area, making it a bit inconvenient even though there was transport to the lifts.
I had a great stay at the hotel, enjoying the clean and spacious rooms with stunning views of the mountains. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to help. The location was convenient for hiking and skiing, but it was a bit secluded from the main town. The dining options were varied and decent, but some meals could have been richer. Overall, a good value for money, especially with all the amenities.
Overall, my stay was a mix of positives and negatives at this hotel. While the ski equipment service and shuttle buses were top-notch and made our skiing experience enjoyable, the dining and room amenities could definitely use some improvements. The spa area was nice, but the pool was overcrowded during our visit. The location was convenient for accessing the ski slopes, yet some minor maintenance issues in the room detracted from the overall comfort.
