The hotel has a lot going for it, with spacious and comfortable rooms and friendly staff who really care about your experience. However, I found it a bit noisy overall, especially with the buzzing electrical circuit, and the location is not the best due to ongoing construction nearby. I had a fantastic week skiing in Bansko at the Premier Luxury Mountain Resort. The food was excellent and the spa facilities were a real highlight, making for a relaxing stay after a long day on the slopes.
